Terms and Conditions for our Services
1. Services Provided Our company (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers IT consulting services as described on our website. We aim to deliver professional, timely, and effective solutions tailored to client requirements.
2. Engagement & Payment
* All services must be agreed upon via a formal agreement or contract.
* Payment terms are specified in the invoice and are payable within the agreed period.
* Payments can be made via the methods outlined on our billing page.
3. Client Responsibilities
* Clients must provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.
* Clients agree to cooperate fully and respond promptly to our requests.
4. Confidentiality
* We will keep client information confidential and only use it for service purposes.
* Clients agree to keep any proprietary information shared during the engagement confidential.
5. Limitation of Liability
* We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
* Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
6. Refund Policy
* Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service delivery or invoicing.
* Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, primarily if services were not delivered as agreed or if there was a significant breach of contract.
* Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval, excluding any third-party charges.
7. Termination
* Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
* Upon termination, clients will be billed for services rendered up to that date.
8. Changes to Terms
* We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
* Continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of ICC and United Kingdom.
